Paul Loska

Paul Loska – Principal

As a business owner and a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Paul is a trouble-shooting expert who thrives when issued a problem to resolve–which is exactly why he’s known as one of Southern California’s best in his industry.

Paul’s many years of team building and construction experience make him uniquely qualified to lead Icon. Along with Icon’s solid reputation and track record of success, Paul is most proud of Icon’s company values of charitable giving and family first that are demonstrated daily.

Carl Skaja

Carl Skaja – Principal

As a business owner and advisor to many businesses, Carl is focused on making long-term business relationships that create benefit for both parties. Always seeking a win-win situation, Carl can be counted on to find a way for your project to succeed.

With over 20 years of experience in construction businesses, Carl understands the needs of contractors and the value of being a trusted partner.

Matt van Eck

Matthew Van Eck – Principal

As a business owner and practitioner in the construction industry for many years, Matthew understands the needs of contractors in complex construction projects. Having been involved with large construction projects has allowed Matthew to see issues in advance and seek ways to avoid problems before they arise.

Understand the goal and creating the path to the goal is what makes Matthew an effective partner for the customers of ICON.

Doug Maher

Doug Maher – Executive Vice President

With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Doug has been involved with construction projects that have ranged from small single-family home projects to major construction projects through large utility companies. Aside from serving as ICON’s Executive Vice President, Doug manages ICON’s 3PL Division, which has included management of over 100 laydown yards and major projects. Doug’s leadership and organizational skills are valuable assets to the customers of ICON.

As Executive Vice President, Doug is committed to the high performance and quality service that ICON brings to its customers and is an exceptional example to ICON’s personnel.

Jessica King

Jessica King – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Jessica brings over twenty years of experience in finance, business operations and taxation. Prior to joining Icon, Jessica worked at Deloitte, LLP and has held several accounting/tax positions in various industries.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from San Diego State University. Jessica is committed to strengthening and streamlining all financial aspects to ensure Icon remains competitive in this fast-growing market.

Lenny Campos

Lenny Campos – Director of Field Operations

As the Director of Field Operations for ICON, Leonard Campos, brings over thirty seven years of Gas & Electric Construction experience. Lenny oversees the Safety, Security, Vegetation Management, and Construction Management Services divisions at ICON and is eager to broaden the services offered. Lenny manages field safety observers, consulting utility foresters, and trains ICON construction services employees to perform work within the Utility Sector while maintaining our safety slogan “Safety Starts With Me.” Lenny’s devotion and commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality group of services, production and safety is what makes him the perfect fit.

Dusty Walton

Dusty Walton-Bowen, MBA, CSP, ARM, CHST – Corporate Safety Manager

As the Corporate Safety Manager, Dusty brings a robust background including extensive safety consultation and management. She is focused on program development, implementation, training, education, compliance, and site safety fieldwork. Dusty believes that safety is a value and strives to help clients understand why a partnership in safety is a good business decision. She is driven to help others succeed, grow and develop. Dusty builds meaningful relationships and achieves results.

Enis Urquhart

Enis Urquhart – Field Safety Supervisor  

Enis Urquhart is the Field Safety Supervisor at ICON and works closely with the Director of Field Operations and Corporate Safety Manager. Enis is the nexus that helps to ensure continuous communication and improvement between the various employee levels. He promotes the health and safety of all employees at ICON. As a highly accomplished individual and problem solver, Enis brings over twenty years of expertise in environmental health and safety management across a multitude of varying industries. Enis is a military veteran, has a has a Bachelor of Science in Fire Safety and Criminal Justice, and he has an abundance of related safety certifications. Enis is currently working to achieve his ASP/CSP. He is a firm believer of “Teamwork makes the Dreamwork,” and is known to emphasize strong communication to establish meaningful relationships. Enis remains focused to ensure all utility projects are running safely to guarantee every person will always get home in the same way they arrived.

Janet Travis –  Corporate Safety and Security Operations Administrator & ICON Fleet Manager

Janet is the Administrative Liaison for the ICON Safety & Security Divisions.  She supports the nexus between the field, office employees, and our customers.  Janet’s years of experience in various industries has provided her a breadth and depth of experience that contributes to her abilities to quickly react and be a problem solver.  Janet’s daily disposition includes a positive and optimistic attitude.  This contributes to the teams’ success and quality customer results.  Janet also acts as the ICON Fleet Manager ensuring that the fleet is safe, maintained, and efficiently performing.  Janet is an integral part of the ICON team and contributes to our quality results.
