Paul Loska

Paul Loska – Principal

As a business owner and a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, Paul is a trouble-shooting expert that thrives when issued a problem to resolve–which is exactly why he’s known as one of Southern California’s best in his industry.

Paul has 27 years of construction experience and a broad scope of responsibilities, from management and analysis from entitlement through completion of job sites for private and public works projects.

Carl Skaja

Carl Skaja – Principal

As a business owner and advisor to many businesses, Carl is focused on making long-term business relationships that create benefit for both parties. Always seeking a win-win situation, Carl can be counted on to find a way for your project to succeed.

With over 20 years of experience in construction businesses, Carl understands the needs of contractors and the value of being a trusted partner.

Matt van Eck

Matthew Van Eck – Principal

As a business owner and practitioner in the construction industry for many years, Matthew understands the needs of contractors in complex construction projects. Having been involved with large construction projects has allowed Matthew to see issues in advance and seek ways to avoid problems before they arise.

Understand the goal and creating the path to the goal is what makes Matthew an effective partner for the customers of ICON.

Doug Maher

Doug Maher – Executive Vice President

With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Doug has been involved with construction projects that have ranged from small single-family home projects to major construction projects through large utility companies. Aside from serving as ICON’s Executive Vice President, Doug manages ICON’s 3PL Division, which has included management of over 100 laydown yards and major projects. Doug’s leadership and organizational skills are valuable assets to the customers of ICON.

As Executive Vice President, Doug is committed to the high performance and quality service that ICON brings to its customers and is an exceptional example to ICON’s personnel.

Jessica King

Jessica King – Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer, Jessica brings over twenty years of experience in finance, business operations and taxation. Prior to joining Icon, Jessica worked at Deloitte, LLP and has held several accounting/tax positions in various industries.  She is a Certified Public Accountant, holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Accounting from San Diego State University. Jessica is committed to strengthening and streamlining all financial aspects to ensure Icon remains competitive in this fast-growing market.

Lenny Campos

Lenny Campos – Director of Field Operations

As the Director of Field Operations for ICON, Leonard Campos, brings over thirty seven years of Gas & Electric Construction experience. Lenny oversees the Safety, Security, Vegetation Management, and Construction Management Services divisions at ICON and is eager to broaden the services offered. Lenny manages field safety observers, consulting utility foresters, and trains ICON construction services employees to perform work within the Utility Sector while maintaining our safety slogan “Safety Starts With Me.” Lenny’s devotion and commitment to providing our clients with the highest quality group of services, production and safety is what makes him the perfect fit.

Josh Dollick

Josh Dollick – General Manager

After spending 10 years serving in law enforcement and obtaining his degree in Business Management, Josh transitioned back into the construction field. His previous training and experience makes him well equipped to handle a wide variety of tasks that thrives around solving problems with the best possible outcome for the client and the company. Josh’s main focus as a General Manager is to put his client’s needs first, by offering high quality and quick solutions to any task at hand, while maintaining the highest level of safety for those working under him. Those around Josh describe him as dedicated to his work, while showing personal care and understanding for the people around him.

Dusty Walton

Dusty Walton-Bowen, MBA, CSP, ARM, CHST – Corporate Safety Manager

As the Corporate Safety Manager, Dusty brings a robust background including extensive safety consultation and management. She is focused on program development, implementation, training, education, compliance, and site safety fieldwork. Dusty believes that safety is a value and strives to help clients understand why a partnership in safety is a good business decision. She is driven to help others succeed, grow and develop. Dusty builds meaningful relationships and achieves results.

Louann Walker

Louann Walker – Manager of Business Development 

As the Manager of Business Development, Louann is an exceptionally driven professional, with deep knowledge of the utility, gas, and construction industry and culture. She is multi-skilled with a diverse background that includes field research, cultural studies, health and safety, business , and contractor compliance management. Those who see Louann in action say she is dedicated to exceptional customer service, innovative solutions, and high quality deliverables. Her results show her skill in developing meaningful connections that lead to mutually beneficial partnerships with a host of clients and corporations. Louann sees the goal and develops a plan to make it a reality.
